Raven shield - Problem connecting to server

Hello there,

I am new to the multiplayer of R6: Raven Shield (I just recently discovered online community ). I installed multiplayer patch and i can play on some servers. But when I try to log into your ALLR6.COM - Tango Hunt 1/2 server, i get message:

"Package R6_MP1_TextureMenuEquipment version missmatch".

Can I fix this, and will fixing this result on not being able to play on other servers?

Sorry, forgot to say, I also installed your ALLR6-R63-ONLINEPATCH-v2.3-2017 (I put it into D:\Program Files\Red Storm\Raven Shield) and nothing changed

Welcome to the site!

You must delete your game folder (Raven Shield) and reinstall.
Because you have installed a mod at some point. Probably 2.0 mod.
It corrupted some files. A few people had that issue.

With the game fresh (patched to 1.6) - then you can install our ALLR6 2.3 patch. Change connection speed to T3. Then you should be ok.

With a fresh install, you will be able to play on all servers using the 2.3 patch.

No, you don't need to. Unless you want to play those on single player.

We run Athena Sword and Iron Wrath maps on our servers in Raven Shield.
And we have the guns and weapons from them too!

- Also many more maps coming out every other week.
- We have new terrorists on the servers
- M203 grenade launcher attachment.
- New ACOG, Red Dot, Holographic sights and scopes coming soon
- Custom gun camos for guns coming soon.
- Also tactical light attachment.
- More guns being added
- We have a terrorist counter also added to our servers.
- A jump feature. Nice for peeking in windows.
- And third person view too.
- We have improved Rainbow AI backup
- And further FOV which makes the game look a bit better on modern screens
- New Rainbow Camo's being worked on too.

Lots of new stuff keeping the game fresh.

My friends and I have been successful (using your patch) in running Hamachi LAN games with Raven Shield (R6 Gold Edition on Steam). However, we'd like to run some Athena Sword maps and it never seems to work. Players can't access the games using connect via IP (LAN Hamachi). Is there something else we need to do?

You don't need Hamachi to run LAN games as long as your friends all have the 2.3 patch from here it should work without any other program. Just use JOIN IP to external IP. Don't forget to make your connection speed T3 in options.

Have you played on our ALLR6 servers yet for coop? Try the new guns and new items and new maps!
We run Athena Sword & Iron Wrath & Rogue Spear & original Rainbow Six maps on our ALLR6 servers.
The patch does not work for the expansions so we combined them all into ALLR6 servers.
(Its also better this way so that the community stays together. Making them separate was a bad idea on UBI's part.)
