Editing Operatives skills

Hi, i trying to change R6Operative skills, i unzipped the files R6Operatives.uc (1-...), edited them, compiled them via toolbelt, but I don't know how to send the files to the game. I'm playing R6 RVS + ECT+ Supply Drop mod.
I'm using guides, but operative skills don't changing. I'm create my mod.u file, then paste it to textures like .utx files (like in guides). Nothing changing
Can someone tell the full plan for changing the characters' skills to change the game?

Ive been tinkering with the wpn files in the kit folder and have had some success. Might be the way to go solving your issue.

Im trying to make firefights more realistic, and having team members die considering they are elite seems wrong.

Have you tried using team god mode? I have.
