EliteMercenary RvS Mods

I am putting together a terrorist voice mod for RvS so we can have proper languages in here. So far I have files for: Spanish, Arabic (I think...?), and Russian. If anyone wants to help add to this with other languages, let me know! I'll be releasing this with my Sand Hammer conversion.
