To fix:
1. Start the game
2. Alt+Tab to the desktop
3. Open the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
4. Go to Processes tab
5. Right click RavenShield.exe
6. Click Set Affinity
7. Uncheck one CPU so that only one is checked
